- An existing nationally renowned business headquartered in a small rural town in the Midwest was looking to grow its customer relations and business support staff very rapidly to over 500 persons and bring 90,000SF of warehoused product under the same roof. The project utilized a metal building structural system to quickly and economically create a single story 157,500 SF facility to meet this need.
- The office portion contains a cafeteria, conference rooms, over 30 private offices, and open cubicle seating for over 500 employees. High acoustical cloud ceilings at 13’ and large expanses of perimeter windows create a bright, open, and enjoyable workspace.
- Three large skylights illuminate a common recreation area and 27 solartubes scatter natural light across the entire open office.
